Justification of ethical requirements of an employee in the concept of corporate social responsibility

This work seeks to uphold the ethical relevance of the concept of CSR (corporate social responsibility - CSR), particularly with regard to employees as an important participant of the economic process, which the scope of the concept of CSR falls in. So first we will need to defend the importance and role of ethics in the economy in general, and then illustrate the relevance of ethical business conduct toward employees in the company's strategy, which will be based on the principle of the categorical imperative and the concept of natural rights of human as philosophical - ethical grounds. Then, at work, we will deal with a particular ethical claims stemming from philosophical - ethical defensibility of the concept, while the requirements for an employer to an employee will be critically reflected on the criteria of Christian social ethics. When instantiating the criteria of Christian social ethics will be based on the requirements of this discipline together with philosophical ethics and economic (business) ethics. The work will be based on the definition of the concept of CSR - It is a concept where a company voluntarily assume responsibility for the welfare and sustainable development of modern society, and is expected to remain competitive, and it is not two conflicting objectives. Honour, Insult, Slander, Libel and Investigative Journalism

This interdisciplinary thesis deals with the area of investigative journalism and ethics. In the context of our time it offers a look at what kind of information a citizen has the right to obtain and what kind of the published information violates the moral rights of the individual. The work depicts the professional and ethical requirements placed on workers in the media to indicate the boundaries between "investigative journalism" and the pursuit of sensation. I draw upon the core material of the Syndicate of Journalists of the Czech Republic, the ethical codes of our public and private media and the books of experts in the field of media studies and ethics.

Possibilities of next living for seniors, who are leaving sanctuary house
PIŠTĚKOVÁ, Radka
The work deals with the complicated problems of solving homelessness in Prague for the period 2013-2020. It analyzes the ethics of the proposals addressing homelessness in this period and compares it with the Action Plan, which preceded it. Ethical problems are defined on the basis of examples of social work practice with homeless people. The conclusion of my work is a proposal of possible solutions defined by ethical problems that arise from the analyzed concept.
